When you're on a podcast with one of your internet heroes

You know how they say to never meet your heroes?

Well, in this season of preparing to launch my book, now I have a good reason to meet them. And so far, it's been awesome!

I quoted or referenced more than 100 different books, podcasts, teachers, and websites for my upcoming book Leaving the Casino, soon to be available to pre-order. A number of you reading this newsletter are referenced in the book as a source or inspirations!

But to get interviewed by someone I quoted, someone who's influenced so much of my thinking, and who I hadn't yet met? That's a big deal for me.

For this holiday weekend, listen to my episode on Jonathan Stark's podcast, Ditching Hourly. I've listened to years of his podcast, read his book, and loved his joint podcast with Rochelle Moulton (The Business of Authority, and who I also referenced with her book The Authority Code).

We talk about the inspiration for the book, the Tactics Trap, pricing, marketing, and our experiences navigating the Zone of Enoughness.

Also, special thanks to one reader who connected me to Jonathan and helped me get on the show. (Because that's how connections work!)
